OPENING OF A STORE " RUE D'ITALIE JUNIOR "
THE SELLING POINT:
A minimum surface of 60m ² with a reserve of the same size not inevitably in the same premises.
Situation:
In an city center with a compulsory practical car park.
A well know road or street with a car park, near a clinicl or a hospital, in a commercial zone with an easy access to a car park for the loading and the unloading of furniture.
Arrangement(Development)
* The ground of the store has to be of clear color.
* A a false ceiling with slot-in spotlights to illuminate at most all the products.
* The walls of the store must be painted in the colors of Rue d'Italie Junior.
* The signboard Rue d'Italie Junior has to contain the logo and the colors of Rue d'Italie Junior.
* Every display stands and storage cupboards will be made to measure according to the store
SUPPLY:
* We advise you to start with a minimum stock of 25 000€, understanding(including) of textiles(textile industries), furniture and accessories.
* 75 % of the stock must be ordered with Rue d'Italie Junior and 25 % will be accessories of the others articles advised by Rue d'Italie Junior.
No other marks(brands) of furniture will be sold by the partners Rue d'Italie Junior.
* A ll the furniture delivered to the customers must be packed in a plastic film.
* Cards for presents, dress handkerchiefs for born lists, the PLV as well as the packaging bags will be supplied by Rue d'Italie Junior chargeable to the partner.
* In case of increase of the products price, the partner will be warned six-months in advance and these increases will not exceed 10 % a year.
TRAINING - ASSISTANCE - COMMUNICATION:
* In every new opening of store, Mrs Bénédicte de Germay will move at her expenses for the internal arrangement(development) of the store.
* A help is foreseen(planned) for the" making of " of shop windows and organization of the layout of the store with photos
* A phone assistance or e-mail, a permanent employee isemployed to answer all your possible problems.
* twice a year, Rue d'Italie Junior will propose to you new products to enlarge yo€ur collection.
